Can't connect to server+ Problem with quests.

1) When I try to use my IP from WHATISMYIP.COM It's not connecting to the server, The server works , however when I try to login it doesn't show me character list but disappears, The client doesn't exit.

2) Quest chest doesn't work, I've tried by this tutorial:

I've put 2000 in the action ID but it doesn't do anything, It's just opening the chest like a regular chest.

I'm using the latest release of the forgotten server mystic demonic, 9.54 tibia version.

Any help?

The hoster should login with hes ip4 example 192.168.0.5

and in ip config you should add your domain name example: yourdomain.hopto.org

and the people should login with yourdomain.hopto.org

Make sure you have port 7171, 7172 on udp and tcp port forwarded and port 80 on tcp only!

Silly me.. I've forgotten to put the "V" on the enabled choose box >.<.. Ok it works for me.
But do you have any knowledge about my quest issue?
The guide tell me to put it in quests/System.lua
But I don't even have the system.lua file. I have a weird quests.lua and anhilator.lua

My friend tries to login into my server, it loads the characters for a while and displays an cannot login error,
Port 80 isn't opened for some reason, may it cause the error?

EDIT:
OK he can login..
But I have issues with quests.
