Cant connect to server, problem!

When someone is trying to connect to my 8.22 rl map server it says.. the server is offline, connection defused''
They can see there account page but they cant login.

i use sqlite but dno if its the problem

Man, you need check if that port are you using are open... Try that https://www.grc.com/x/portprobe=7171 (in 7171 change for the port your server are using...) If not that your problem, sorry.. Im just trying to help... C ya
