Windows Cant connect to the game server

Hi there, I'm having a big big HUGE problem
I have opened ports 7171, 7172, 80 and everything is okei with them:
Otslist - Can I host?

 Port 80 (People can connect to your website)
 Port 7172 (People can see their character list)
 Port 7171 (People can join your server)
 You can run server!

can you see me:

Success: I can see your service on 189.223.22.43 on port (80)
Your ISP is not blocking port 80

Success: I can see your service on 189.223.22.43 on port (7171)
Your ISP is not blocking port 7171

Success: I can see your service on 189.223.22.43 on port (7172)
Your ISP is not blocking port 7172

But when people try to connect to the server it fails!
They can acces the character list but no farther, I have disabled the firewall from windows 7, even my anitvirus!

I turned on antivirus after I tryed with it off and it didint work

Do you have this ip: What Is My IP Address � | Shows Your IP Address. in config.lua and are other people using that ip to login?

check if you put your ip to confug.lua right or domain name

Ip config.lua is ok, players try with the ip and still is the same, have tried open them with IPV4 nothig...

you sure you turn off firewall try write localhost were is the ip somtimes its help
