Cant connect to the server Rep++

Hi, i need some help to solve a problem. I cant connect to my ot when using the real ip, but when i use 127.0.0.1 it works. And the same problem is with the website. I can connect with localhost but when i use my real ip or dynamic ip it doesnt work.
Now, the problem isnt ports, because ive opened 7171, 7172, 80 and even tried with opening 3306 and checked if they were opened and they were.
Anyone ever had this problem if it wasnt the ports? Rep++ for the one that can give me some tips

Windows menu -> search -> run -> cmd -> ipconfig -> IPv4-adress ..... 192.168.1.65 (just an example)
Use your IP-adress that is visible in the IPv4-adress field. :)

EDIT: you may go straight to windows menu -> search -> CMD -> ....
And as you are on the localhost I guess you are not able to use the global IP to connect with,

What do you mean? I already know my IPv4-adress, i need to know it when opening ports, but i dont get what u want me to do with it?

yeye i know, im not that noobish xD im just wondering why i cant connect to my website with my global ip, i can only get to the website with 127.0.0.1, localhost and with my iPv4-adress. I can neither get to the website with my dynamic ip (example.servegame.com)
