Cant Connect With My Web

I Can't Connect With My Web With Host Name (*****.hopto.org) Only I Can open With ipv4 Address And There is Some Players Can Open With Host Name And Some Players Can't Open With Hostname They can open with ipv4 address.

If you connect from the computer that hosts the website, use your IPv4 address, if you connect from a different computer, then you probable didn't open port 80.

Don't add capitals to every word, it's annoying to read.

iam opening on a vps that all ports open i can connect by ipv4 address and can't connect by domain.hopto.org and sorry for annoying

With what exactly do you need help, you can connect with your IPv4 address right and from other computers with your global ip?
