i have open port's 7171 TCP , and 80 my freinds can connect to the website but not the server ?

Then it means, 80 is the only port you have opened. Are you having a router or a firewall? If so, you need to open your points in both.

how do i open port , i loged in to my router and open all in TPC .. still dont work

You also need to open the port for UDP.

So 7171 - TCP
Then open a new open, type the same port but change to "UDP".

If that doesn't work, try find your router at PortForward.com - Free Help Setting up Your Router or Firewall. They probably have a finished tutorial.

Yes, you open the port for your computer IP. (Local IP Address, example 192.168.0.2.
