Can't create account

Hello I've tried Modern AAC (latest), and 2 other stable versions, but I can't create account. It keeps on loading forever, when I press on "create account" button. Any1 know how to fix??

/edit: I searched a little on forum and found out firebug would help. Now I checked firebug console and get:
Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'name' in 'where' clause.
I'm right now using latest modern aac and latest mystic spirit.

Do I need another query file?? can anyone send

lol i checked a little and all the latest mystic spirit otservers don't have any name or account_id column in sql injection file?? why -.-
