Windows cant enter in my web :S

When I try to enter in my no-ip .. that is my global ip, sends me to the page of the configuration of the internet modem:S and does not send me to my page of my server :S

Also it happens when I place my global ip, send me to the page of configuration of the modem

Use your internal ip if accessing from the host computer. (127.0.0.1)

i had this problem before just open port 80 in ur router

You have to port forward the website port to your machine ip address
just search port forwarding

Since they can see already ope the ports directly of the modem and also from control panel - firewall, but equal:S the people continue without being able to enter my page and my server

I can enter with localhost, 1270.0.1 - my global ip and my not - ip .. but only I, other persons they cannot lacking me to put some configuration in the uniform server or something this way?
