Solved Can't Enter The Game In My Server

I Have an 8.60 real map server i want to put it online but when i change the ip in my config.lua to no-ip.org i can't enter the game through the character list, i can only connect to the character list but when i try to enter the game world it says:

cannot connect to the game server.
Error: connection refused. (10061)

the ip i try to connect with is: 127.0.0.1.
