Cant find a reason why /reload command doesnt work

So im using tfs 1.2 and i noticed that long time ago my /reload command stopped working maybe i did something in src and now cant remember why its not working, checked talkaction if there is created command /reload but there wasnt so i checked source and couldnt find anything. So idk where to look for
