Cant fix my website :o

I don't know what to edit here to change size of "characters" table etc.
I have tried to change almost every number in that script but nothing seems to change.. lol

My lord, that has got to be the worst PHP clusterfuck I've ever seen in my life.
I'm guessing the issue lies with you attempting to mix two completely different stylesheets, but there's no way of knowing why this happens without inspecting a live version of the page.
