cant get account manager to work..

hey everyone! iv been trying for days now to get my account manager to work but cant login to it..
servern and everything is on and working fine but acc manager just wont let me in it says invalid account name
but i have id 1 and password set to 1 (sha1 encrypted) and it just wont let me.. i been trying alot of diffrent servers and getting them online all from 9.80 - 8.10 same problem
and yes account manager is present in xml and lua form and enabled in config.lua

please help me ! :/
