No.. Paypal payments are almost instantly

Please check what Dvse said
Make sure your paypal email is set on the paypal script.. and that the IPN url is correct.. Also register your IPN url @ your paypal account

make sure that you've complete the full registration on paypal to avoid problems. then use search you will find the way for PayPal.php

That's what I thought, perhaps he exploited a bug and added points to himself.

If they got points, but you never received money then they never did donate. They probably used an exploit, which is common with badly setup paypal scripts to get the points free. Your OT isn't up right now so I cant tell you exactly whats wrong.
