Can't get the server public

Hello,

For the past 2 days now I've been trying to setup a basic OT, I had some issued already and they got solved by you all already. (I've read all the guides and the port forwarding guide)

But now I have a new one, which is a bit more complicated it seems, I've port forwarded all the ports needed in order to get your server running, Installed and ran Xampp, and modified my php, here are a few screenshots;

I think the issue is lying in the local ip adress filled in my port forwarding.. not sure. The problem is that the guide on the port forwarding site is outdated (for my router) I can connect to the server by the adress : 127.0.0.1 but the other's can't by using my ip

Does your firewall/anti-virus' firewall accept connections through these ports?
Try to shut down firewall/anti-virus' firewall and see if your ports are open.
Easiest way to check port status is to use canyouseeme.org
