If I try to go to phpmyadmin to setup a SQL database, I get "This Webpage is not available" and ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED says my connection to localhost was rejected
not sure what I did wrong, followed all the tutorials even on portforward.com fully
tried to update my routers firmware (which I have done in the past) but on the manufacturer's website there is no firmware download at all (there used to be since I know I have upgraded it before)
SOLVED-Had an old XAMPP running I guess and was running Uniserver over top of it causing a conflict, works now
