Linux Can't install anything

Hello, I'm using Ubuntu 9.10 for the first time and I don't understand much of it ^^

The problem is, when I try to install anything I get these errors:
E: libaudio2: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2
E: libmpg123-0: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2
E: libopenal1: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2
E: wine1.2: dependency problems - leaving unconfigured

When I try to compile TFS I get errors with those files too.
