Cant install Gesior aac 0.3.6

My gesior aac wont install, i dont get any errors or anything. The site is just blank. I can pass step 1 and 2 but when i click step 3 there is no text or anything.
Im using uniform server.

Can someone paste me their install.php that works for you so i can try that one instead.

Why not use XAMPP?;s

Xampp is easier than Uniform server to use
