can't install otc help

I'm not sure of that I need some more files or what because I just started read about OTC few mins ago and I have downloaded file otclient-a9d4fd5e1e.exe and try to install it but I have an error like "Unable to find work directory, the application cannot be initialized" :o what does it mean? (sorry for my english, If someone from PL can help just pm me)
 
Thanks dominique120, now I must try to connect to classicus by OTC, is it possible?
