cant log in , deleted?

i cant log in it says acc number or pass is wrong.

if you search char name on the webpage it gets the Following error:

i had vip medal still unused, cyntarist wand , physical ring , 396 topaz, cyntarist armor.... and it keeps going

plz i dont know what happened i dont appear to be banned so it would be nice to have my account back or at least an explanation im really sad about this.

also if i try to create another char with the same name "lionxtrm" it says a char already exist with that name...

Yes,I guess that means you're deleted Or mhmm.... somthing wrong because it wouldnt delete your whole account.

Players with duped items were deleted.
I made many warnings, if you picked up a duped item you would be deleted.

it just hapenned in a freeze and then i couldnt acces my char and my char isnt deleted check the error you get when you search "lionxtrm" on your website it shows this error:
