Can't Log Into OT

Hey i have set up my 10.93 Ot server following some guides and i have also set up a Znote website and linked it to PhPmyadmin. Once i have created my account and character i go to log into the game and i get to the character screen then one i select the character it just says "connecting to the game world. please wait" and then it comes up with code 10060. was wondering if anyone could help.

Can post configs if needed
