Can't log into server!!!

It just says "Your character List is being loaded" forever... I've double checked my ip and sql settings in the config file, but i cant figure out whats wrong.

Could someone help me out please?
 
maybe you are putting global ip on ip changer instead of 127.0.0.1 u have to put
