Windows Can't Login My Server.

I have just woke up and tried to login my server but i can't i have opened xampp and my server but still cant login what i must do help fast, rep+++++ for help Thanks.

Check ur ports
or ur console, maybe some errors stopping u from logging in
Maybe ur ip changed or so..
