It's not very easy to solve the problem with the information you gave us, however you can try the usual:
1. Check your IP-changer if you indicated the correct IP adress and port.
2. Check that you use the matching Tibia client that our servers use (at this moment 10.10).
3. Try to connect to Real Tibia to see if your network connection works to their server.
4. Restart your network router/switch.
If nothing of this stated above will solve the problem, get back here with a screenshot of the entire error please. Good luck!
