Can't make CotR (Children of the Revolution)

I got mission 2, went to the camp area. But only 1 of the locations is triggering. I go to the building to the right and nothing, to the north and nothing, down to the weapons area and I get the red message. But nowhere else in the entire camp area is triggering the message. I went back to Zolomon and he just tells me I haven't been to all locations yet. Not sure wtf to do now.

If you're doing the quest with another person the quest update only triggers for 1 person at a time. I had the same problem when I did it.

Was doing it alone, Tried over and over for 30 mins. Running thru all the building 5 times then back to Zolomon. He kept sayin the same thing. None of the other areas would register.

Tried it again today, still no go. I can't get passed that mission, and I would really like to be able to do wote.

134 views at this point and only one attempt in helping... <_< Anyone got any ideas or fixes? preferably a GM since I have tried every day and still, nothing.
