Cant open a client

When im about to open an client on the ipchanger, it says there is an exception in my application that cant be handled. "Press Continue to ignore the problem or Quit to shut the application down"
"Access denied"

What should I do to fix it? Doesnt help to reinstall it.

I'm unsure what the actual problem is but have you tried opening with administrator?
Right Click -> Run as Administrator
