Can't open my homepage

I have done everything u should do to open a OT homepage, but when my friends are trying to enter my homepage the can't. Only i can. Can somebody tell me why other people can't enter my OT Homepage?

Did you open port 80?

yes port 80 and 3306 is open! UDP : 80 and TCP: 80. Same with 3306

Close 3306. It's a security risk to have it open.

I am assuming that you are in fact giving your friends your global IP and not your local? (I'm not trying to declare you as stupid, not at all, but rather trying to rule out any possible cause).

It may also be possible for your firewall to block incoming requests to port 80.
