cant open port 7171 help!!

when i test TCP on portchecker it says "Your port is NOT OPEN or NOT REACHABLE"

please help, what do i do?

Are you running a server when you check? I don't think it will be open unless you do but I might be wrong.

enable router firewall and port forward tcp/udp on 7171 and 7172

you click firewall and it's literally the first option there
