Cant open rule violations and not change players names

Well im trying to open rule violations but it dosent exist.
I want to change some dudes name but when i right click on him it only shows report offence noting else i need help

what client? above 8.6 there are no GMs so that window is removed, you can create talkaction

I thought zakius' reply is very clear, after Tibia 8.6 Gamemasters are not longer part of Tibia, so simply, they (CipSoft) have removed Rule Violation Window/System so you can't ban via CTRL+Y/Rule Violation Context Menu, and the solution is to create talkaction that allows your Gamemaster to ban, account ban, ip ban and namelock players.

e.g.

/ban player, nick, reason, lenght
/ban account, nick/acc, reason, lenght
/ban ip, nick/account, reason, lenght
/ban nick, nick

Well, simple string.explode for parameters and doAddIpBanishment, doAddPlayerBanishment, doAddAccountBanishment, doAddNotation and doAddStatement functions.
