im having a problem where i cant use anything if a player is on top of it, be it food, stack of gold, doors... does anyone know how to fix this?

it might be a bug with your server distribution, your better bet is to ask them for support since we don't have the code, and please next time follow these:

Cipsoft changed on new clients the way they send using item stackpos and its omit creatures that should be checked before common items thus any server that support these clients have this bug.
They probably did it as part of some micro optimizations because checking for creatures can produce cache-misses and it isn't necessary to check them at all(or to make open tibia community more work xD).
