Cap Problem with all vocations

Hello, im having problems with the cap system, it seems that everyone (vocation) starts with cap 10000+, but where am i able to change and fix this problem?

In your database.. Find the characters called Rook Sample, Sorcerer Sample, Druid Sample etc ...

that looks normal, but still players has 10000+ cap, which isnt true if you look at the samples.. i mean the samples has the normal cap.

Check login.lua or vocations.xml
