Job Description
This position is primarily responsible for repairing carpets and doing small installs, door repairs and installs, painting and staining, general small carpentry including sheet rock patching, etc. This position will operate an auger truck, and drive flat bed and van trucks. This position will be responsible for minor electric and plumbing repairs, and installing office cubicles and other furniture.

- Building maintenance repair inside and outdoors; windows, carpet, plumbing, steel and mesh fence, overhead doors, etc
- Minor roofing repairs
- Install and maintain office cubicles and furniture
Skills/Requirements:
- High school diploma and some experience in the use of hand and power tools
- Must possess own power tools and hand tools
- Ability to do heavy lifting
- Must have a valid Drivers License
