BUG EXPLOIT (cast), sets the RPE or wpe, to go from one city to another very quickly, and uses a BOT program to go logging spectadors in CAST SYSTEM, this causes Lag, and all will be desconectador the OT LAGS / KICKS . I believe that no rollback.
the video he logged more than 600 spectadors in Cast.

I never tested, but there is a AVZ video on youtube showing Salutations AVZ and their crazy bugs. kkkk

no, because it is not the only way to get this debugs I guess...for exemple use the wpe to try enter in some bosses teleport of the grizzly adams tasks... then the player will always turn back to "fromPos" then it will be almost the same of travel fast
 
I think it's mostly just a DDoS attack than a cast exploit, or am I seeing wrong ?

yes you can, but, you will add in every script that can be abused by it ? also, and if you don't know about this "bug"?
well know nothing about it, and meh I now use very little of xml to register files.
I can make it to write check delay function on all scripts on startUp so the problem is pretty much nonexistent for me xD
more over. I don't have cast system and not planning to have one.
