Solved Cast System(Removing+compiling)

Hi.i want to say i have found a cast system with source really it is 9.6 i need a experienced programmer to help me remove the code from 9.6 and help me putting them in my server 8.60 tfsV8.2

PS:after everycode there is //CA

if you think that you are experienced and can help me.you can have the system after compiling
