They were added in the 9.8 update. No quest needed.

@Lejin, then I think you just can follow locations which are in wiki, as there are many so you can look at there and choose which you wanna go :)

Deep under the mines of Kazordoon, you can find the Caves of the Lost. The Lost are renegade dwarves that have been driven to insanity in the dark mines. Four caves can be found deep in the mines (here, here, here and here), as well as a fifth cave in Mount Sternum, here. Note that all five caves are geographically close to each other.
