Challenge #11 The Lord of Time

Hello!
This time we have topic in perspective! Good Luck!

TOPIC : The Lord of time
Animation allowed?: YES, but only for effects.
Color count:
Unlimited for now. Limits will be soon.
Size: Character 64x64, whole image max 96x96

Background color: any grayscale or transparent (choose that it fits item well and make it visible)
Format: .PNG

Additional info:
It can be character or monster (fit it in 64x64). You can add some device or time-travelling gadget/vehicle, floating particles, effects surrounding etc - that's why whole size is 96x96. No need to do tiles/textures. Character can interact with objects.


Scoring and rewards (just for highscores):

- golden medal

- silver medal

- bronze medal

Gold Medal = 3 points,
Silver Medal = 2 points,
Bronze Medal = 1 point.


Rules:
1. You need to pixel up your sprite, put image on host and Send it to me via Private Message

I imagine the lord of time like "King Tibianus",
floating in the air with one of the old vintage clocks,
covered in a blue aura like the holy trees.
