I need an talkaction script what it change value :
experience to 2 after i wrote an talkaction (without restart)

It's possible to do that ?

./reload config Ingame Or if u got GUI just click reload all if u got it stable or just reload config if it will crash if u reload all , But some major Updates in the config need a restart and that is unavoidable
