Change level of items?

Hi there!

I just simply wonder how to change the level and vocation on a armor or legs or any type of item.

red: I want to change

like this: 13:12 You see a donate armor (Arm:18, club fighting +5, sword fighting +5, axe fighting +5, distance fighting +5, protection energy +10%, ice +10%).
It can only be wielded properly by sorcerers of level 75 or higher.

Yes, just open movements.xml (for armors, legs, helmets etc) or weapons.xml (weapons) and follow the logics there...
