Change port to Client.

I wanted to change the 'port 7171' from my own client. I used the site 'vapus.net' but when I use the client does not log the account. And when I use the program 'Ip Change' he logs in as normal.

Anyone know to change the port 7171 for the program 'Hex Editor'?
