Change startup equipment.

Hi.
Everybody on my server starts with a base-eq set and 10 k.
People make characters only to take the 10 k and this results in abuse of it.

I would like to remove the 10 k, but how do I do this?
This is the config.lua setup for EQ:

I cannot find anything about a crystal coin, 2160, CC or anything like that in the config.lua so it must come from somewhere else I guess..
