change the item to another after the time is up

Hello, I have a temporal function in tfs which adds time to the subject and after the completion of time
removes an item, and needs to separate several items so that instead of removing them, it changes them to another item when the time is up

e.g. for this object to change to another one after a while

I tried that, but if it changes, it's still a countdown and delete function.
