changes in weapons/items not working

Hello, i have a strange problem, i change the level for use mayhem crossbow in game (from 250 to 150), i change it in weapons, but when i login the crossbow asks for level 250..., BUT when i do /reload items or /reload weapons, it changes automatically to level 150..., why it is not changing when i start the server???

Can you post your weapons.xml here? I'm thinking you have the weapon duplicated.
