I wanted to fool around with TFS 1.0 (10.35), but cannot seem to log onto my account.

I downloaded TFS 1.0 for Tibia 10.35 and Znote 1.5 (partial 1.0 support).
I set everything up, and was able to connect to the website and create a character.
When I go to log in, it just loads forever. I am able to run 0.2.15 perfectly fine and have people log in, but on TFS 1.0 I can only get people onto the website.

My systems:
Windows 7
Uniserver 11
TFS 1.0 (10.35)
Znote 1.5

SOLUTION: http://static.otland.net/ipchanger.exe

USE THAT changer!

Just the standard packet message, telling me to raise it to 16777216 or whatever. Shouldn't effect logging in, should it?

Does the character list say its loading and it never loads? I have been having problems with newer servers too. I finally got it up, but when you try to log in, all it does is load..forever

I have tried this. I used host = localhost and also 127.0.0.1

Doesn't seem to do anything

On windows open a command line and run "ipconfig" to get your local address(likely in the form of 192.168.x.x or 10.x.x.x) and use that as ip. On linux the command is ifconfig

if that does not work use your external ip(just google what is my ip) and forward ports 7171 and 7172 to your pc and put your external ip in the ipchanger

Note that with the second method if you have dynamic ips you must check for new ips every so often, both internal and external

I quote myself - my ports are forwarded correctly.

Well what is different from TFS 1.0 than 0.2.15?
If I am doing something wrong, then it is because I must set the server up differently than I did with 0.2.15. So what is so different? I am clearly not the only person having problems with the difference between 0.2 and 1.0.

BTW faulty coding is when something isn't working the way it should. Apparently it SHOULD work, so there is something wrong with it - most likely the compatability with certain systems.

I'm also using Windows 7, Uniserver, Znote. Exactly your setup.

If I just deleted all of it and started from scratch I wonder if it'd work?

Well, I currently have a server I am working on, but if you wanna try it go for it. Let me know how it turns out!

I deleted everything, znote, uniserver, the folders with all my server stuff. Installed znote again, uniserver, and the 10.31-10.35 server from the distributions and it still won't work..

Character list says its loading, never loads. I have created a character through the website, so I have an account and character.

I've tried putting localhost instead of 127.0.0.1 in the config. I've tried different ip addresses in the ip config. Nothing has worked. This is really weird. It has to be something with windows 7?

WOW. I figured out the problem, at least I can see the character list now! Woohoo, moving forward! lol. You need the IP Changer that he gives the link to in his post for it to work, it must be a special ipchanger only for 10.35? Idk.

Here's the link for the ip changer you need to use:
http://static.otland.net/ipchanger.exe

BUT. Now when I try to log in and the character list comes up, you try to log in with the character and I get this error...

So, don't get your hopes up to much. But maybe it would work for you
