Solved Changing global exhausting?

Hello, thanks for reading. Basically, what i need is to know if there's any way of changing the global exhaustion on spells and runes, i'm making a high exp server (x800)and the exhaustion rate is really high. Thanks for your help.

Better start now then.

You could use the replace function of most text editors to change the usual 2 second exhaustion to something lower. i.e replace "2000" with "200"
