Lua Changing GM on SqL Servers

Yes ive read al the tutorials and now have everything Set where my Sql server is up and going, I did Xampp Apache EVERYTHING. I am good to go, But for some reason when i make an account i cnanot See it on my Localhost/phpmyadmin Screen. It only shows acc manager

If you're using MySQL, don't forget to change it in your config.lua.
