Changing mouse cursor in tibia

I wonder if there is a possibility to change your mouse cursor in tibia. Making it easier to spot when using swift movements, etc. Especially when preparing to fire for example an SD. Having either an animation (flashing light) just for the awesomeness of it, or simply a stronger color than pure white.

Can anyone explain to me how to fix this?
