Lua Changing multiple lines

I need to change my spawn rate to a higher rate to make sure there is no backspawn.

Is there anyway to mark all lines saying spawntime="60"/>. And changing them at the same time.

Yes in notepad++

ctrl + h
select "regular expressions"
change : spawntime="**"/>
to : spawntime="60"/>

and

change : spawntime="*"/>
to : spawntime="60"/>
