My server is quite running slower, becouse I'v got many programms on, so, is there any way so the server will have a high prestation, and other programms, will have a lower one?

Tips to let the server run faster?

Really depends, if you have single core cpu you have to limit Tibia client's framerate if you run it while the server is online, otherwise it will suck up most of the cpu power. It would be best if you told us your PC config as well as map size you're trying to host.
