I have no idea how to add mana potions.

There's no potion in 7.6, it's vial (id 2006)

Go to folder and open the file login.lua (creaturescripts > scripts > login.lua)

Here's just an example:

function onLogin(cid)
    doPlayerAddItem(cid, 2006, 7) -- Mana Fluid
    return TRUE
end
