I need to change the IP name that people put into the IP changer. Is it always my computer name?

Just setup an account, and an IP. Download the program and run it every time your OT is online. That will then be the IP for your server.

go to add host make sure where you can choose the Host Type you select DNS Host (A)

To `change your IP` you must buy domain for your server (like: youtots.eu, etc).
