Changing the storage if hour >

Well I was trying to do that using a sql query but it ended at nothing. I think that few people could use this also.
I was trying to make something like
if hour > x and hour < y then
I know how to take a hour, minutes and seconds, but i have no idea how to take it into integer

Is anyone able to do that? Would be glad.

You want to assign the actual hour to a variable? If so use os.date function.

Well using os.date I can take the actual hour which is hh:mm:ss format

It's in unix timestamp but some basic arithmetic should do the trick.

Store the initial os.time+7200 (7200 = 2 hours) at strg
when checking: if(strg < os.time) means that 2 hours has passed.

Is that what you mean? I don't honestly get what's the problem.

You can get the actual hour by using either %H or %I modified for os.date, but, as migx suggested, os.time is probably what you are looking for.

Nope, os.time returns Unix-like timestamp. To get time since the server has started you have to use os.clock function.
